Every Kobus board starts as a blank on a pair of stands in our shop. It gets shaped, sanded, glassed and finished by hand, one at a time, until it's ready to hit the surf. Contact us to order a one of one, custom surfboard, unique to your style of surfing.

Cracked rails, crushed noses, snapped fins, pressure dents. We repair any board by hand in the same shop where we shape ours, and every repair is sanded smooth so it surfs like it did before the ding.
